What Is a Vampire Facial?
Vampire Facial is a skin renewal treatment that combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). A small blood sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate the PRP, which is rich in growth factors. Tiny needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, and the PRP is applied so your skin can repair itself and build fresh collagen over time.
The name comes from the blood draw, nothing more dramatic. Clinics use the term differently, so it is worth asking what exactly is included. At Aesthetic Studio, Dr. Saddiqa explains what your session involves before it begins.

Honest note: A Vampire Facial improves skin quality. It is not a facelift and does not replace fillers or surgery. Deep scars may need more sessions or a different treatment, and if you only want cleaner pores and a quick glow, a Hydrafacial may be enough. Dr. Saddiqa will tell you which one suits you.
Who Should Wait?
Please tell us before booking if you:
• are pregnant or breastfeeding
• have a blood or platelet disorder, or take blood thinners
• have an active infection, cold sore, open wound or acne flare-up in the treatment area
• have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) recently
• tend to form keloids or scar abnormally
• have eczema or psoriasis on the face
• have an autoimmune condition or are being treated for cancer
• have a recent sunburn, laser treatment or chemical peel
In some of these cases we will delay the treatment or suggest a safer option.
What Happens During a Vampire Facial at Aesthetic Studio?
Step 1 Consultation and Skin Assessment
Dr. Saddiqa reviews your skin, concerns and medical history, then explains the plan and what results to expect.
Step 2 Blood Draw
A small sample is taken from your arm, like a routine blood test. It takes only a few minutes.
Step 3 PRP Preparation
Your blood is spun in a medical centrifuge for about 10 minutes to separate the platelet-rich plasma.
Step 4 Numbing
A topical numbing cream is applied to your face and left to work, so the treatment is comfortable.
Step 5 Microneedling
A fine microneedling pen is passed over your skin to create tiny channels. You feel mild pressure, and slight pinpoint bleeding can occur.
Step 6 PRP Application
Your PRP is applied to the skin so it can sink into the channels and start the repair process.
Step 7 Aftercare
Expect redness similar to mild sunburn for a few days. Avoid direct sun for at least three days, use sunscreen, skip heavy exercise for 48 hours, and avoid retinol and strong acids until Dr. Saddiqa says you can restart.
